Note: Stain resistance depends on whether the coating is fully crosslinked. Increasing the baking temperature, extending the baking time, or putting the treated material into the ripening box are all effective methods.

4-1-1.2 The above coating was applied to an aluminum plate, and the dry film thickness was controlled to 10-15μm, and baked at 230°C for 1 min.

4-1-1.3 Test of anti-graffiti and easy cleaning performance

4-1-1.4 Conclusion
The oily pen is more difficult to remove in various stains. After painting with anti-graffiti and easy-to-clean paint, it can be removed by dry brushing, no residue marks, and it is easier to remove for other stains.

XOANONS®WE-D9000 has a slight influence on the appearance and gloss of paint film due to its incompatibility. It is generally recommended to be used in color varnish or matt varnish which does not require high gloss. For coatings with high gloss requirements, anti-graffiti easy-to-clean resin JIAZHI®JZ-9540 can be used as an additive. The recommended addition is about 2%.

4-1-2.2The above varnish is applied to wood grain paper, wet film 13-15μm, and baked at 150℃ for 5 min.

4-1-2.3 Anti-sticking performance evaluation method

4-1-2.3.1 In the same place, the tape was continuously pasted and peeled, and the number of times when the peeling began to appear was recorded.

4-1-2.3.2 The tape was pasted on the wood grain paper, and then left at room temperature for 24 hours and then torn to observe whether there was peeling.

4-1-2.4  Test result
Repeatedly paste the number of tears:
In the same place, the tearing can be repeated for at least 5 times, and the surface of the grain paper is free from any peeling.

Tear after 24h pasting:
The tape can be easily peeled off without peeling off.

Note: The number of repeated tearing times is also related to the thickness of wood grain paper. It is usually 5-7 times on thin wood grain paper and 15 times on thick wood grain paper.

4-1-3.2 After the above varnish is applied, bake at 150°C for 30 min.

Note:
Slip is expressed by the measurement of the dynamic friction coefficient. The lower the value, the better the smoothness and the better the hand feel.
Excellent slip properties result in good scratch resistance and improved blocking resistance.

4.2 Application of anti-graffiti easy-cleaning products in outdoor
Items exposed to the outside will be affected by various factors in nature, such as the erosion of acidic substances in the rain, the ultraviolet radiation in the sun, etc., so there are higher requirements for the performance of the products, especially the durability.
Common products with anti-graffiti additives have been difficult to satisfy, and the paints prepared by anti-graffiti and easy-to-clean resins have high active ingredients, and the film is more dense after cross-linking curing, and has long-lasting effect in outdoor use.

Note:
In the solution, the solvent-based anti-graffiti anti-stick clear lacquer/paint are prepared by JIAZHI^®JZ-9522. The product is formulated with the isocyanate curing agent in proportion to the coating, it can be dried at room temperature and provides excellent anti-graffiti and anti-stick performance. Other products, such as water-based strong anti-alkali seal primer, solvent-based anti-sticking middle color paint, according to the actual situation.

Measured results
The surface after painting has excellent anti-sticking effect，and can effectively prevent urban "psoriasis". At the same time, the oil pen can be easily removed with a soft cloth dipped in alcohol, and has no adverse effect on the surface of the paint film. With citrus based cleaning agent for self painting, it also has a very good effect of easy cleaning, and can be easily removed dirty, without any adverse effects on the paint surface film.
